Made at theCO with Paul Smoke
CO:member Paul Smoke, owner and founder of McLane Guitars uses the laser etcher at theCO to build and modify his custom-made guitar pick-up frames and pick guards. These are pieces he would typically buy online but realized that he could easily design a file to cut them out on the laser with acrylic. We’ve also been working with Paul as we get our CNC router up and running so he can use it for cutting out actual guitar bodies. Check out @attheCO on Instagram for a video of the first few tries!
